When you fill in our quote form, email us or call us, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your postcode or address, so we know where the work is
  • The service you are interested in and the details of your enquiry
  • Any photos you choose to upload to help us quote accurately

We do not take or store payment card details through this website.

How we use it

We use your information only to:

  • Reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
  • Arrange a survey or the work itself, and stay in touch about your project
  • Keep a record of work we have carried out

Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and providing the service you have asked for. We never sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets only one essential cookie — a session cookie that protects the contact form from abuse. We do not run advertising cookies, third-party analytics or tracking pixels.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details, including any photos you send, for up to 12 months after your project or your last contact with us, and then delete them. Where you become a customer, we may keep basic job records for longer to honour the guarantee on your work.
